UXBRIDGE FARMERS' MARKET: We will be at the UXBRIDGE FARMERS' MARKET BI-WEEKLY starting Sunday May 4th from 9am-2pm!

WHITBY FARMERS' MARKET: We will be at the WHITBY FARMERS' MARKET WEEKLY every Sunday starting Wednesday May 14th from 9am-3pm!

LIVE ART AT VITALITY JUICE!

We are thrilled to have Shannon from Solstice Reiki coming to Vitality Juice to do LIVE ART on our Patio!

Come by and witness her incredible, intuitive process. Bring a picnic blanket and chill on the grass and watch her transform a blank canvas into a beautiful piece!

Artist behind the process:

I prefer to paint with my fingers and hands rather than any other tool in the room. Occasionally using a brush for texture or background; yet really diving into the depths of my imagination and expression by using my own body to move the paint from my inner to outer senses and creating what comes to me in the moment. It wasn't until 2020, when I started painting for fun with my own kids, that I opened up my inner world, met my inner child and found myself expressing and imagining the paintings from somewhere within me in the present moment. No planning; no strategy or execution plan of the paint, how it would look or what it would turn into by the end. I would just flow and create. This is now my style for painting; the process itself being an integral part of the end result
