How do I place an order?

You can order:

Anytime online via our website
By email: hello@vitalityjuiceco.ca
Through social media (Facebook or Instagram)
In person with in-store pre-orders

How much does delivery cost?

Free delivery on orders over $75 within Durham Region
$10 delivery fee on orders under $75
In-store pickup is always free with no minimum order required

When will my order arrive?

Delivery Schedule:

Tuesdays after 4:00 PM
Saturdays after 3:00 PM

When is the order deadline?

Please order at least 48 hours in advance of your delivery day:

Sunday by midnight for Tuesday delivery
Thursday by midnight for Saturday delivery

Orders placed after the cutoff will be delivered on the next delivery day.

Do you offer other delivery methods?

Yes! We’re also available on UberEats for on-demand orders.

What does cold-pressed mean, and why does it matter?

Cold-pressed juice is made using a two-stage hydraulic press—first breaking the produce into pulp, then pressing it to extract juice. This method:

Yields maximum nutrients
Leaves behind dry pulp (less waste!)
Is easier to digest and absorb
Retains natural enzymes, vitamins & minerals

Why organic?

We believe anything less than organic introduces a “chemical cocktail” of pesticides, fungicides, and herbicides. Organic produce is:

Better for your health
More nutrient-dense
More flavourful

What makes your juice premium?

We use 100% organic produce

Why should I do a juice cleanse?

Juice cleansing can:

Flood your body with nutrients

Is juice cleansing for everyone?

A 1–3 day cleanse is generally safe and beneficial for most people. However, please consult your healthcare practitioner if you have any medical conditions.

Does juice contain too much sugar?

Our juices contain only natural sugars from whole fruits. Unlike refined sugar, fruit sugar comes with:

Fiber
Vitamins
Antioxidants
Phytonutrients

They nourish your cells and are absorbed quickly for natural energy.

Why not just eat fruits and veggies whole?

Eating whole foods is essential—but it can be hard to consume enough each day. Juicing helps by:

Providing a concentrated dose of nutrients
Removing insoluble fiber for faster absorption
Retaining soluble fiber, which is still beneficial for digestion

How long do your juices last?

Juices are freshly cold-pressed twice a week and never pasteurized
Best consumed within 5 days
Freeze if you can’t finish in time (but not in glass bottles)
Lemon-aids last up to 10 days
Every bottle is clearly dated on the bottom

Are all your treats organic, gluten-free, dairy-free & refined sugar-free?

Yes! All of our treats are:

Do you accept bottle returns?

Absolutely! We love reusing our high-quality glass bottles.

Bring them back to the shop for $0.25 return credit per bottle
We accept:
- 12oz glass juice bottles
- 32oz large jars
- Elderberry syrup bottles
- Parfait/yogurt jars
- Wellness shot bottles

Note:

We do not accept plastic bottles
Bottle refunds are not available for deliveries, but we’re happy to collect your bottles if you leave them outside
