Cleansing the body is one of the most ancient healing practices in human history. It is still used today to aid in detoxification, to enhance cognitive function, increase energy and to maintain overall health.
Juice cleansing is a great way to give your body and digestive system a much needed rest. The digestion process alone can consume up to 30% of your daily energy; therefore most people find that when they consume only liquids for a period of time, they feel more energized, lighter, healthier, focused, & refreshed - as if they had hit a reset button!
100% organic, raw, cold-pressed juice is extremely nutrient-dense. Raw juice retains all of its many vitamins, minerals, nutrients and enzymes, which absorb quickly into the bloodstream as opposed to consuming the foods whole.
All dis-ease within the body starts in the gut. If our digestive system is backed up or experiencing any issues, we are not absorbing all of our nutrients properly, and having waste in our system wreaks havoc on our body and can cause problems such as constipation, acne, bloating, rashes, and more.
We offer 1-5 day juice cleanses. For great results we recommend cleansing 1 day a week; 3 days every month; or 3-5 days during every season change.

Prior to your cleanse, we recommend that you reduce your consumption of fried foods, gluten, dairy, salty foods, refined sugar, heavily processed foods such as refined flours and oils, caffeine and alcohol. Focus on eating a whole foods, plant-based diet for at least 3-5 days to prepare the body.
During your Cleanse:
Some people feel more energized, focused and light during their cleanse, but some people may experience uncomfortable detoxification symptoms such as headaches and nausea. This is normal as the body is flushing out many accumulated toxins during this time.
Things that can enhance your cleanse:
- Hot baths with Epsom or sea salts
- Dry-skin brushing
- Steam room
- Gentle work-outs/yoga
- Drinking filtered water and herbal tea throughout the cleanse, along with your juice
This is the most important part of your cleanse. You have just reset your palate, strengthened your immune system, flooded your body with nutrients, and given your digestive system a chance to rest & heal. This is a great starting point to staying on track with a healthy diet and lifestyle. Consume whole-foods, mostly plant-based (fresh fruit, raw and steamed veggies, whole grains, soups, salads, soaked nuts & seeds etc.); including smoothies and juices for at least 2-3 days post-cleanse.
