Vitality Juice Co. is a small batch juice company and superfood café nestled in Brooklin, a charming corner of Whitby, Ontario.

We specialize in raw cold pressed juices, functional hot drinks and smoothies, and gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free treats. Everything is made with love and purpose. Our ingredients are organic, spray free, and GMO free, and we choose them with care based on what is local and in season whenever possible. We love to work with nourishing superfoods and infuse them into our recipes to support energy, wellness, and overall vitality.

Vitality Juice Co. was born from a deep desire to bring more integrity driven food into our community. The integrity food movement is about putting health, well being, and quality first. We want to offer organic food and drink options that truly support the body and show that fast food can be wholesome, feel good, and nourishing.

Our founder, Lauren, is a classically trained holistic chef and recipe developer who grew up in Whitby. She studied culinary arts at a holistic institute in Venice, California, where she honed her skills in creating food that is flavourful, functional, playful, and nourishing. Every item on our menu is made with intention, using thoughtful preparation methods and smart food combining to support digestion and sustained energy.

With over 15 years of experience in holistic health and wellness, Lauren believes deeply in the healing power of real whole foods and juicing. Her passion is to help others feel their best, prevent illness, and embrace a more vibrant and joyful way of living.
