Vitality Juice Co. is a small-batch juice company and superfood café nestled in Brooklin, a charming corner of Whitby, Ontario.

We specialize in 100% raw, cold-pressed juices and offer a selection of gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free treats—made with love and purpose. Every item we create uses organic, spray-free, and GMO-free ingredients, thoughtfully chosen based on what’s locally grown and in season whenever possible. We supercharge our recipes with nutrient-dense superfoods whenever we can, to deliver maximum nourishment.

Vitality Juice Co. was born from a deep desire to bring more integrity-driven food into our community. The integrity food movement is centered on building a food system that prioritizes health and well-being over profits. Our vision is to make truly vitalizing, organic food and drink options more accessible, while redefining fast food as something feel-good and functional.

Our founder, Lauren, is a classically trained holistic chef and recipe developer, raised right here in Whitby. She studied culinary arts at a holistic institute in Venice, California, where she honed her craft in creating food that is flavourful, functional, fun, and nutritious. Every item on the Vitality Juice Co. menu is intentionally crafted using proper food preparation methods and smart food combining principles to support digestion and energy.

With over a decade of experience in holistic health and wellness, Lauren is passionate about the healing power of real, whole foods and juicing. Her mission is to help others feel their best, prevent dis-ease, and live vibrant, joyful lives—one sip, bite, and blend at a time.
