Vitality Juice Co. is a small batch juice company & superfood cafe located in Whitby, Ontario. We make 100% raw, cold-pressed juices & gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar free treats and more! We only use 100% organic/spray-free/GMO-free ingredients, inspired by what is grown locally & is in season. We infuse superfoods to maximize nutrition whenever we can!

The creation of Vitality Juice Co. was born out of a desire to see more integrity food available in our community. The integrity food movement's mission is to create a food system that is health-focused & not only profit focused. Our vision is to see more truly vitalizing, organic food and beverage options convenient and available. Creating feel-good, functional fast-food is our mission.

Lauren, founder of Vitality Juice Co., grew up in Whitby, Ontario. She is a classically trained holistic chef & recipe developer who studied through a culinary institute in Venice, California. Her focus is on creating food & beverages that are flavourful, functional, fun & nutritious! The Vitality Juice menu has been mindfully designed utilizing proper food preparation techniques & optimal food combining principles.

For over a decade she has been studying and practicing holistic health & wellness, with a focus on using juicing & consuming real whole foods as tools for healing & preventing dis-ease in the body/mind so that we can all feel good & live our best lives.
