Cleansing the body is one of the oldest healing practices in human history—and for good reason. Today, it's still used as a powerful tool to support detoxification, boost cognitive function, increase energy levels, and promote overall well-being.

Juice cleansing offers your body and digestive system a well-deserved break. Digestion can use up to 30% of your daily energy, so when you consume only liquids for a set period, your body can redirect that energy toward rest, repair, and renewal. Many people report feeling lighter, more focused, energized, and refreshed—like hitting the reset button.

  • 1-day cleanse every week for maintenance

  • 3-day cleanse every month for deeper detox

  • 3–5 day cleanse with every seasonal change to realign and reset

Pre-Cleanse Preparation

To get the most out of your juice cleanse, we recommend gently preparing your body in the 3–5 days leading up to it. Begin reducing or eliminating the following from your diet:

  • Fried and heavily processed foods

  • Gluten and dairy

  • Refined sugar and salty foods

  • Caffeine and alcohol

  • Refined oils and flours

Instead, focus on a whole-food, plant-based diet—including fresh fruits and vegetables, leafy greens, whole grains, and legumes. This helps reduce the intensity of detox symptoms and allows for a smoother, more effective cleanse.


During Your Cleanse

Every cleanse experience is unique. Many people feel energized, focused, lighter, and refreshed, while others may experience temporary detox symptoms such as:

  • Headaches

  • Nausea

  • Fatigue

  • Brain fog

These are common signs that your body is working to eliminate built-up toxins. Be gentle with yourself and allow time to rest and hydrate.


Ways to Enhance Your Cleanse

To support your body's natural detoxification process, we recommend the following:

  • Hot baths with Epsom or sea salts

  • Dry skin brushing

  • Infrared sauna or steam room sessions

  • Gentle movement like walking, stretching, or yoga

  • Massage therapy

  • Drinking plenty of filtered water and herbal teas throughout the day, along with your juices


Post-Cleanse: The Reset Continues

This is one of the most crucial phases of your cleanse. Your body has:

  • Reset your palate

  • Strengthened your immune system

  • Received a flood of nutrients

  • Given your digestion time to rest and repair

Maintain your momentum by reintroducing light, whole foods such as:

  • Fresh fruits and smoothies

  • Soaked nuts and seeds

  • Herbal teas and continued hydration

We suggest continuing this clean, mostly plant-based diet for at least 2–3 days after your cleanse.
