We soak and sprout our almonds to activate them so they can be more easily digested and to increase nutrient absorption.
There are no additives, preservatives, fillers, sugars, or thickeners in this mylk (there is in most store-bought brands). Hence the shorter shelf life. We use only 100% raw almonds, filtered RO water, 1 medjool date, raw vanilla bean and a dash of pink salt.
